Wondering what the quickest way to thaw and heat your soup would be? I like to immerse the container in a pot of cold water for about 10-15 min, (or until the frozen soup comes away from the container) then place it in a pot with a tiny bit of water (just enough to cover the bottom) and heat over med-high with the lid on until it starts to boil, reduce heat to medium until warmed thoroughly.

Or, microwave. Sorry, but I do not own one so I can't provide detailed instructions, however, I'm told they are pretty easy to use.

If the soup contains truffle oil DO NOT BOIL, warm gently over medium low heat, or you will lose some of the truffle flavor.
